Key Responsibilities:- Engage with clients to understand their project needs and design requirements.
- Prepare technical proposals, visual presentations, and quotations.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to align on deliverables.
- Utilize interior design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, etc.) to develop and support proposals.
- Attend client meetings and present technical solutions with confidence.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into projects.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in furniture, fit-out, or architectural products.
- Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
