Golden Copper Manufacturing Co. – a leading Saudi company specializing in copper tube manufacturing for HVAC and refrigeration systems – is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our plant operations and drive excellence across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee all operational functions including production, quality, maintenance, and safety.
- Develop and execute production plans and strategies to achieve company goals.
- Optimize performance using KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
- Supervise, coach, and develop department heads and plant staff.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience in industrial operations management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and experienced in ERP systems.
