Sales Manager – Construction, Conventual Buildings & MEP (Real Estate Sector)

📍 Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia | Full-Time | On-site

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a strong background in construction and MEP services? We’re looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager (Key Accounts) to lead our business development efforts across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects in the Kingdom.

This is a great opportunity to work on turnkey construction and finishing solutions in alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. If you have what it takes to drive growth and close high-impact deals in the real estate sector—we want to hear from you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities Include:

• Generating leads and managing key accounts across the KSA construction market
• Preparing tailored technical & commercial proposals
• Driving technical team for construction and MEP packages
• Coordinating with internal teams for successful project handover
• Representing the company at industry events and tenders

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 710 years of experience in KSA's construction/M&E sector
• Bachelor's degree in business development or engineering background (Civil/Mechanical/Industrial)
• Proven track record in B2B sales within the real estate ecosystem
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid Saudi driving license
• English language and experience with major housing projects PIF projects, NHC and/or major developers is advantage
