Ideal candidates will have proven experience in achieving cost savings, excellent negotiation skills, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in purchasing software and Microsoft Office. This role demands the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.

- Developing, implementing, and managing the hotel's purchasing strategy.
- Sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices.
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Conducting market research to identify savings opportunities and process improvements.
- Collaborating with department heads to identify purchasing needs.
- Ensuring compliance with hotel policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyzing purchasing performance and implementing improvements.
- Managing the purchasing budget in alignment with business objectives.
- Leading and developing the purchasing team through guidance and training.
