Role Overview:You will report directly to the Shift Leader and play a key role in executing efficient production operations through skilled machine operation and strict monitoring of machine conditions to meet product quality and production plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Extruder Operation:
- Operate Extruder machines as per operation procedures.
- Monitor and record Extruder parameters during production.
- Report abnormalities related to the Extruder to your superior.
- Ensure quality and output targets are met.
- Bagging Operation:
- Operate Bagging machines as per operation procedures.
- Record daily packed outputs during production.
- Report abnormalities related to Bagging machines to your superior.
- Verify issued packaging materials for production.
- Raw Material Loading Operation:
- Handle raw materials as per operation procedures.
- Record preparation and loading activities during production.
- Report abnormalities related to raw material handling equipment to your superior.
Qualifications:- At least 2nd Year college level or Vocational/Technical Course graduate.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Good background in Extruder operation.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Ability to lift at least 25 kg.
- Willingness to work shifting schedules.
- Strong attention to product quality.
- Excellent communication skills.
