We are seeking a dedicated Marketing & Sales Executive with experience in the real estate sector to become part of our dynamic marketing team. This role involves working closely with our Projects Marketing Manager to promote our real estate projects, both commercial and residential, and attract targeted clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote real estate projects and attract targeted clients.
  • Negotiate with tenants and buyers to close profitable deals.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with brand operators.
  • Propose activity distribution and select ideal locations for each brand.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Execute tasks and daily reporting under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
  • Provide creative marketing solutions to enhance project visibility.
  • Handle on-ground challenges quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate marketing or sales.
  • Strong network within F&B and retail sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to work in the field and travel between projects as needed.

About the Role
Ali A. Tamimi Trading & Contracting Co. (TCO) is seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Sales Specialist with deep expertise in the In-Line Inspection (ILI) sector to join our dynamic team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, expanding market presence, nurturing key client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization. Candidates must have relevant ILI experience, ideally within the KSA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market share within the oil & gas pipeline transportation sector. Build trust-based relationships by addressing pipeline integrity challenges with tailored solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Identify and cultivate long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction with Tamimi’s premium offerings. Serve as the primary liaison for strategic accounts, resolving issues and delivering proactive solutions to operational challenges.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Sales Planning & Performance: Create and execute annual sales plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead client negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements aligned with company objectives.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, especially technical and operations, to align sales efforts with delivery capabilities and ensure client satisfaction.
