MACHINE OPERATOR to join our team at Napco National, a leader in the manufacturing and marketing of packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Business Acumen: Understand NFP business environment and objectives while applying internal policies and procedures.
- Communication: Communicate effectively in a business context, both verbally and in writing.
- Organization: Plan and organize work/project activities efficiently to meet objectives.
- Technological Ability: Utilize standard equipment and office automation systems effectively.
- Condition Monitoring: Monitor asset conditions, prioritize maintenance to reduce costs and downtime.
- Manufacturing Principles: Implement Lean Manufacturing principles including Just In Time (JIT) and Six Sigma.
- Machine Operation: Operate production machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Maintenance Knowledge: Maintain familiarity with machinery and tools used in maintenance practices.
- Occupational Health and Safety: Apply relevant health & safety regulations and standards to protect human resources and assets.
- Production Effectiveness: Enhance processes and tools to respond quickly to customer needs.
