As a Freight Forwarding Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring reliable logistics support for our clients.

Role Overview:
This full-time, on-site position in Dammam involves coordinating and managing both international and domestic freight movements. You will be responsible for:

• Arranging shipments with carriers.
• Preparing and reviewing shipping and export documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
• Liaising with customers and suppliers to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Tracking freight, optimizing transport routes, and managing costs.
• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong freight forwarding skills with experience in coordinating shipments.
• Knowledge of export procedures and regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle client inquiries professionally.
• Understanding of various freight transportation modes.
• Relevant logistics or supply chain experience; Saudi market knowledge is advantageous.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in office software; familiarity with TMS or WMS is a plus.
• A diploma or degree in logistics or a related field is preferred.

The Runner/Courier plays a vital role in supporting the logistics team by ensuring the efficient, safe, and timely movement of documents, packages, and materials. You will be responsible for facilitating smooth operational flow, accuracy in deliveries, and adherence to company standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick-up & Delivery: Collect and deliver documents, parcels, samples, and materials. Ensure accurate handover and prioritize urgent deliveries.
• Internal Logistics Support: Assist teams with unloading, sorting, and routing items. Move items between departments as needed.
• Documentation & Records: Maintain records of deliveries including time, destination, and recipient.
• Customer & Vendor Interaction: Represent the company professionally, manage communications regarding deliveries, and handle inquiries politely.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow company protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• License: Valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience: Relevant experience is a plus.
• Skills: Good communication, strong time management, and organizational skills. Basic logistics knowledge is a plus.
