Warehouse Officer to oversee operations at our facility in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This position is vital for ensuring the efficient management of inventory and warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished goods.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through effective stock management and regular cycle counts.
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Coordinate with Production and Logistics teams for timely order fulfillment and material movements.
- Lead warehouse staff, provide training, and monitor performance to achieve departmental targets.
- Oversee proper documentation and ERP transactions related to inbound and outbound goods.
- Ensure equipment, forklifts, and storage areas are well-maintained and operational.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and space utilization.
- Prepare periodic reports on inventory accuracy, dispatch performance, and warehouse KPIs.
- Enforce 5S and safety practices across all warehouse operations.
Qualifications:- Diploma/Bachelor in Supply Chain, Logistics, or any related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and warehouse safety standards.
