Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Management: Drive recruitment efforts, manage the talent acquisition process and create job offers.
- Employee Relations: Advise and coach managers, handle employee issues, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- HR Operations & Payroll: Maintain employee records, prepare payroll instructions and handle queries.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee performance reviews, support compensation benchmarking and manage employee assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in HR
- 5+ years in HR, with 2 years in management
- Full understanding of KSA Labor Law
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
