Join B&M Global Services Manila as a Talent / Human Resources Manager!
As a critical member of our team in Saudi Arabia, you will manage HR operations and talent initiatives, shaping the employee experience while supporting our strategic business goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations: Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws, manage day-to-day HR activities, payroll, benefits, and HR documentation using platforms like Qiwa and Gulf HR system.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and ensure operational excellence across HR processes.
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager on HR initiatives.

  • Talent Management: Partner with leadership to identify talent needs and drive onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Implement performance management processes.
  • Support learning and development initiatives locally.

  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Champion initiatives to promote employee engagement, conduct feedback sessions, and coordinate tailored learning development programs.

Skills and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required, with strong HR experience, particularly in professional services or multinational environments. Proficient knowledge of Saudi labour law and HR best practices is essential. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.

About the Role:
The Talent /Human Resources Manager will manage HR operations and talent initiatives for the Saudi Arabian offices, playing a critical role in shaping the employee experience and supporting strategic business goals. This role thrives on ownership, autonomy, and execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations:
    • Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and leverage platforms like Qiwa to manage employment contracts and HR documentation.
    • Oversee day-to-day HR activities including payroll and benefits in compliance with Saudi labour laws.
    • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with local regulations.
    • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
    • Support internal audits and operational excellence across HR processes.
  • Talent Management:
    • Identify talent needs and support workforce planning with Practice Group leadership.
    • Drive onboarding and performance management processes.
    • Support learning and development initiatives tailored to the local context.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture:
    • Champion employee engagement, well-being, and inclusion initiatives.
    • Conduct regular feedback sessions and support employee surveys.

Skills and Experience:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
  • Strong HR experience, ideally within professional services or multinational environments.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labour law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Arabic.
