Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate legal due diligence for potential investments and review contractual documents.
- Advise on efficiencies to streamline transaction processes.
- Conduct research and respond to regulatory inquiries as directed.
- Participate in meetings, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on legal matters.
- Manage KYC for target companies and assist with background checks.
- Prepare annual board and committee calendars, ensuring timely agendas and meeting materials.
- Act as SME for all governance documentation and ensure proper management of conflict of interest matters.
Requirements:- Bachelor's in law or related field + Para legal certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with knowledge in legal frameworks and corporate governance.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
