About the Role:
As a Senior Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing our plastic processing machinery to ensure uninterrupted production. Your expertise will help us minimize downtime and enhance efficiency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery (injection molding, blow molding, extrusion).
• Diagnose mechanical faults and ensure timely repairs.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Support installation of new equipment.
• Supervise junior technicians and offer technical guidance.
• Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety regulations and plant procedures.
• Coordinate with the maintenance supervisor for issue resolution.
• Perform emergency maintenance as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the plastic manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Hands-on experience with plastic processing machines.
• Able to work independently under pressure.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
