We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Hostess to be the welcoming face of our dining venues at the Four Seasons Resort Red Sea. Your primary responsibility will be to create a warm and inviting first impression for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
• Manage reservations and respond to inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Coordinate seating arrangements in collaboration with the service team.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service in line with Four Seasons' exceptional hospitality standards.

Knowledge and Skills:

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 6 to 12 months of experience in restaurant, food and beverage service preferred.
• Proficient in English and Arabic (local candidates only as per Saudi law).
• Familiarity with restaurant policies and operations is a plus.

• Anticipate guest needs to provide personalized recommendations and thoughtful touches for an exceptional stay.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all guest expectations are not only met but exceeded.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Open exclusively to Saudi Nationals as per Saudization regulations.
• Proficiency in written, spoken, and reading English and Arabic is essential.
• Previous hotel experience is preferred; familiarity with hotel systems is a plus.
• Locals only as per the Saudi labour law.
