Key Responsibilities:- Operational & Strategic Leadership: Lead daily fleet operations to provide timely project support with maximum efficiency.
- Cost Control & Efficiency Optimization: Manage operating expenses, implement strategies for fuel optimization, and enhance maintenance practices.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards and vehicle regulations.
- Performance Monitoring & Data Analysis: Analyze fleet data to improve productivity and reduce downtime.

Requirements & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet and transportation management.
- Direct experience managing tippers and heavy equipment fleets is preferred.
