Job Purpose
Work within the Procurement team across multiple projects at various stages of the procurement process. Support and manage the tender documentation and related functions for appointment of Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers, management of project procurement processes from inception to contract award.

Objectives for the Role
Support and manage the tender documentation and related functions for appointment of suppliers and service providers.

Job Responsibilities

Provide an ethical and consistent approach to the procurement of goods and services.
Assist team members with vendor registration & pre-qualification.
Assist team members with preparation of Expression of Interest (EoI) lists.
Assist in review of EoI submissions & preparation of Tender short lists.
Assist in preparation and review of RFP / ITT documents.
Tender management including processing of tender queries, tender opening, and post-tender clarifications.
Support in review of recommendations for management approval.
Support in compilation and processing of information for reporting purposes.
Assist in tracking of procurement activities across the entire project.
Create and maintain working relationships with suppliers who are committed to quality service at competitive prices.
Comply with all approved procurement processes and procedures.
Promote and uphold the corporate vision and values.
Perform any additional duties as requested by the Line Manager and/or Head of Department.

Job Requirements - Qualification & Experience

Preferably degree educated in Engineering, Business or a related field but suitable experience may suffice.
Up to 3 years’ experience in FM, Operations or Construction in a procurement-related role.
Spoken Arabic would be an advantage but not essential.

The Role

التقارير المالية: إعداد وتقديم التقارير المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية للإدارة، مع تسليط الضوء على المؤشرات الرئيسية والاتجاهات.
إدارة الميزانية: تطوير والإشراف على عملية الميزانية السنوية، وضمان توافقها مع الأهداف التنظيمية والأداء المالي.
التحليل المالي: إجراء التحليل المالي والتنبؤ لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية وتحديد فرص التحسين.
إدارة تدفق النقد: مراقبة تدفق النقد وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتحسين السيولة والاستقرار المالي.
الامتثال: ضمان الامتثال للوائح المالية والسياسات الداخلية، بما في ذلك تقديم الإقرارات الضريبية والتدقيقات.
قيادة الفريق: قيادة وإرشاد فريق المالية، مع توفير التوجيه حول العمليات المالية والتطوير المهني.
حل المشكلات: معالجة وحل أي تفاوتات أو قضايا مالية في الوقت المناسب.

المؤهلات والمعايير
يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح المثالي خبرة لا تقل عن عامين كمدير مالي في الفنادق الفاخرة أو الصناعات ذات الصلة. يجب أن يمتلك مهارات قيادية قوية، وخبرة في التخطيط والتحليل المالي، ومعرفة شاملة بإدارة العمليات المالية. إن الشغف بتحقيق الكفاءة المالية، وضمان الامتثال، والحفاظ على أعلى معايير الدقة والمساءلة هو أمر أساسي.

أداء قراءة عدادات الكهرباء اليومية في المناطق المحددة حسب توجيهات المهندسين المناوبين.
التعامل مع أدوات الفندق بشكل احترافي، والحفاظ عليها وتخزينها بشكل صحيح بعد كل نوبة.
تنظيف مناطق العمل بدقة عند الانتهاء من المهام.
الامتثال لجميع إجراءات السلامة أثناء أداء المهام.
الحفاظ على تواصل منتظم وفعال مع المهندس المناوب.
المشاركة بنشاط في برامج الحفاظ على الطاقة في الفندق.
تشجيع استخدام المنتجات الصديقة للبيئة في مكان العمل.
اقتراح أفكار لتوفير التكاليف، بما في ذلك تلك التي تتجاوز قسم الهندسة.
تلبية أي مهام إضافية ضرورية لضمان سلاسة العمليات.

The Role
As a Laundry Attendant, your role is to serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by personally ensuring that all hotel laundry is processed quickly and efficiently, in line with the highest standards of Red Sea Global Hospitality.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Ensure that all guest and other hotel laundry is processed quickly and efficiently, in line with the laundry requirements of each item and the SOPs of the hotel.
Control chemical and laundry supplies consumption and ensure safe usage of chemicals.
Operate the laundry machines following the provided instructions, including weight limits and other specifications.
Sort all linens to be laundered by grouping them with similar items in terms of usage and color.
Promptly retrieve all laundry items from guest rooms as necessary.
Segregate guest laundry into categories for dry cleaning, pressing, or washing, and forward them to the appropriate department.
Ensure that all guest laundry items are correctly processed before returning them to the rooms.
Deliver guest laundry to rooms while respecting any 'Do Not Disturb' requests from guests.
Submit billing details to the cashiering department before the end of the shift.
Perform any additional duties as required for operational smoothness.
