About the RoleAs a key ambassador for Clinique La Prairie, you will oversee and develop all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring alignment with our longevity philosophy, medical expertise, and nutritional standards while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Experience & Brand Representation: Act as a Brand Ambassador for Clinique La Prairie, ensuring all services align with our standards and building meaningful relationships with guests.
- Operations Management: Manage daily operations across all food & beverage outlets, ensuring compliance with guidelines and resolving operational issues promptly.
- Leadership & Team Management: Build and develop a strong team through training and effective communication, ensuring a culture of service excellence.
- Financial & Performance Management: Oversee budgets, KPIs, and P&L performance, contributing to revenue growth through optimized product offerings.
- Strategic Contribution: Involve in strategic planning to enhance F&B offerings, monitor market trends and improve service models.
Profile & Requirements- 3–5 years of Food & Beverage management experience in luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- High attention to detail and professionalism
