Join Our Team as a Purchasing Specialist!

At International Water Distribution Co. (Tawzea), we are dedicated to managing industrial cities and operating water and wastewater facilities in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a skilled Purchasing Specialist to enhance our procurement team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare purchase plans for equipment, services, and supplies.
Enforce procurement policies and procedures within the company.
Analyze and approve products and services for purchasing.
Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase records.
Update and maintain supplier information and relations.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers.
Research and evaluate potential suppliers for sourcing.
Prepare budgets and cost analyses.
Perform master data management and supplier performance evaluations.
Prepare logistical documentation and manage returns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement.
Experience with Odoo ERP system is a must.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

• حاصلة على بكالوريوس في التمريض من جهة معترف بها.

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال التمريض.

• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة (تحدثًا وكتابة).

• الجنسية مفتوحة – الترحيب بجميع الجنسيات.

المهارات والخبرات الفنية المطلوبة:

• خبرة قوية في حالات الطوارئ والعناية المركزة.

• إلمام شامل بإجراءات:

• أنابيب التغذية (Feeding Tubes)

• أنابيب التنفس (Tracheostomy Care)

• متابعة المؤشرات الحيوية بدقة واحترافية ومعرفة المهارات المتطلبة للتغير الحفاظ وغيرها من متطلبات الرعاية وذلك لتدريب الكادر

المهارات القيادية والتنظيمية:

• القدرة على قيادة وتوجيه فريق تمريضي متعدد الجنسيات والخبرات.

• متابعة أداء الكوادر التمريضية ومقدمي الخدمة بشكل دوري لضمان جودة الرعاية المقدمة.

• تقديم الإشراف والدعم المهني لمقدمي الرعاية لكبار السن وتطوير أدائهم

١- التنقل مطلوب لزيارة العملاء في منازلهم من وقت لاخر

٢- المواصلات تتوفر من مقبل المتقدم للعمل ويفضل لديه سيارة
