About the Purchase Specialist Role
شركة الغناء للتجارة is seeking a dedicated Purchase Specialist to join their team in Arar, located in the Northern borders region. This is a full-time position focused on managing and optimizing the procurement process to ensure the timely acquisition of necessary materials and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the material needs and requirements of various organizational units.
- Conduct market surveys and specialized analyses to secure the best purchase prices and ensure the required quality of materials, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Supervise the process of receiving and evaluating offers from service providers in coordination with other administrative units, ensuring compliance with approved procedures.
- Build and maintain a database of frequently consumed material prices and key suppliers.
- Maintain integrated files for various purchasing operations according to the approved system.
- Prepare specialized documents and reports related to purchasing activities.
- Provide appropriate recommendations and solutions based on analyses and reports.
- Present and clarify findings, recommendations, and reports, and save them in their designated database.
Role Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
