- Provide guests with information regarding hotel rooms, amenities, and local attractions.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries or issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs of requests and issues.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a professional appearance and service.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
