Role Responsibilities:- Join our financial business and play an integral part in a team of specialists.
- Apply sound understanding of Project Financial Accounting.
- Assist unit leader to manage unit finances, registering projects, recognizing revenue, and adjusting project budgets.
- Ensure timely invoicing of all unbilled work in progress (WIP).
- Assist in compiling information for monthly reporting and annual budgets.
- Process journals and invoices while managing project accounting for multiple projects.
- Utilize strong organizational and planning skills.
- Leverage accounting systems knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Minimum Requirements:- 3+ years of Project Accounting experience.
- BCom Finance Degree preferred.
Skills and Characteristics:- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Experience with Vantagepoint or other project accounting software is preferred.
- PowerBI skills are advantageous.
