- Plan daily activities such as receiving, dispatching, and transport to meet customer requests.
- Deliver plans according to the schedule and monitor customer orders.
- Immediately report any issues to customers regarding their requests.
- Ensure all customer-related issues are resolved.
- Monitor contract expirations and maintain customer relations through regular visits.
- Conduct monthly stock counts with the operation team to ensure accuracy between system and physical count.
- Report major operational issues to management for prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with other divisions to ensure timely order delivery.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
- 5 years of experience in planning operations.
- Computer skills; experience with VMS SAP system is preferable.
