Sr. Finance Manager to join our team in the King Abdullah Economic City.
Responsibilities:- Financial Leadership & Business Partnering: Act as a finance business partner to key plant functions, driving strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Costing & Controlling: Manage detailed shop-wise cost centers, implement standard costing, and track manufacturing KPIs.
- Operational Finance: Partner with operations to enhance material utilization and monitor manufacturing KPIs.
- People Leadership: Mentor the manufacturing finance team and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Skills Required:- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Leadership skills to cultivate and develop a team.
Qualifications:- Chartered Accountant, CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance.
- 15–20 years of experience in manufacturing finance, with at least 5 years in plant controlling.
- Preferred experience in the automotive or EV industry.
- Proficient in standard costing and variance analysis.
