Join a Leading Food Distribution Company as a Sales Manager!

We are a major food distribution company operating within Saudi Arabia, known for our robust distribution network and extensive experience in the sector. We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement monthly and annual sales plans in alignment with company goals.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specified performance indicators.
Supervise sales operations and enhance communication mechanisms with clients.
Analyze markets and competitors, providing reports and recommendations to upper management.
Develop the customer base and expand the target market.
Monitor daily sales performance, identify gaps, and take corrective actions.
Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, distribution, and customer service to ensure integrated efforts.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, including leadership or supervisory experience.
Good understanding of modern sales strategies and customer relationship management.
Proficient in computer software, especially Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to achieve targets and motivate the team.
