Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in guests, ensuring an efficient arrival process.
  • Manage reservations and bookings through our computerized system.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails in a prompt, professional manner.
  • Provide general information and assistance to visitors and staff.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
  • Coordinate with other departments for exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with special projects or events as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is an advantage.
