Role Overview:This role is part of a Saudisation initiative and is exclusively open to Saudi Nationals. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing regional sales strategies to drive profitable growth and strengthen customer partnerships.
- Managing regional sales teams and maintaining high-performing operations in the field.
- Driving distribution effectiveness and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Establishing a structured framework for performance tracking with regular reviews.
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve regional sales targets and profitability through disciplined forecasting and performance management.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales organization, focusing on KPI deployment and succession planning.
- Monitor competitor activity and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with various departments to meet regional objectives.
Candidate Profile:To be successful in this position, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in FMCG sales leadership at the area or regional level.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Analytical capabilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
