Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Senior Cost Control Engineer (E2) to join our team in Qassim, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the cost control process for multiple construction projects.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cost control strategies and procedures to ensure effective financial management.
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
Prepare and present financial reports, budget forecasts, and variance analysis to senior management.
Coordinate with project managers and department heads to track and control project costs.
Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports for compliance with company policies.
Conduct regular audits of financial records and procedures to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Train and mentor cost control staff to ensure they understand cost control processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cost reduction initiatives and drive efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in cost control and financial analysis.
Provide guidance to the finance team on cost control matters.

Bachelor/Master Degree in Accounting or Engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in related fields on national/international initiatives.
Extensive knowledge and experience in project cost management.
Ability to present budgeting plans to senior management.
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
