About the Role
The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in leading and expanding sales for government and semi-government accounts within a renowned consumer electronics and home appliances distribution organization in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the government and semi‑government client portfolio.
  • Oversee tender participation and drive institutional account growth.
  • Ensure long‑term relationship management with public sector entities.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle and coordinate internal commercial approvals.
  • Ensure pricing, service delivery, and contractual compliance meet procurement requirements.
  • Drive segment revenue performance and develop the sales pipeline for institutional market expansion across the Kingdom.

Candidate Profile
This position is open exclusively to local nationals with a minimum of 5 years of experience selling to government or semi‑government sectors. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Strong understanding of tendering processes and procurement cycles.
  • Exceptional skills in institutional stakeholder management.
  • Proven commercial acumen and fluency in Arabic.
  • Ability to manage segment-level P&L performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, Drive and Manage the Industry Sales: This role is primarily focused on leading and managing industry sales in the assigned territories to maximize orders. You'll engage with customers and stakeholders through multiple touch points, develop strategies for growing MSA’s products, drive product portfolio management, and build strategic relationships with channel partners and end users.
  • Strategic Accounts Management: Implement a strategic accounts sales process to enhance market share, focusing on high profitability products and resource prioritization. Collaborate with various teams to execute regional marketing programs and assess local market growth potential.
  • Administration and Reporting: Prepare timely sales, pipeline, and market reports, maintain data accuracy, and deliver standardized reports as per guidelines.
