About the Job
Join the Grand Hyatt Al Khobar as a Restaurant Manager. In this role, you will manage the assigned outlet as an independent profit center, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to Hyatt International standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to maximize financial success.

  • Manage budgeting and cost control processes to meet financial targets.
  • Lead and train staff to provide exceptional service.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or a large restaurant
