Key Responsibilities:- Represent Niceone by promoting cutting-edge digital retail solutions and a wide product range to customers across Dammam and the Eastern Province.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional service, proactive communication, and consistent follow-up.
- Identify and qualify new business leads using field outreach, calls, emails, and participation in local industry events.
- Assess customer needs, recommend the best-fit products, and clearly communicate unique selling points to encourage purchases.
- Negotiate agreements and close sales deals in line with Niceone’s policies, consistently aiming to surpass individual and team sales targets.
- Keep thorough records of all sales activities, customer profiles, and order transactions using CRM tools and sales reports.
- Collaborate actively with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and efficient order fulfillment.
- Stay up-to-date on digital retail developments, competitor activity, and evolving Niceone product offerings to stay competitive in Dammam’s market.
- Participate in ongoing training programs and team meetings to continuously enhance sales expertise and professional capabilities.
Skills & Qualifications:- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service preferred; experience in retail, e-commerce, or logistics is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields is valued but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
