Regional Merchandising Supervisor at Almarai

We are looking for a dedicated Regional Merchandising Supervisor to supervise merchandising operations in the sales division.

About the Role:
As a Regional Merchandising Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that merchandising standards are met by implementing and maintaining the company's merchandising policy and Planogram across all trade channels. Your role will include:

• Building strong relationships with Logistics, Sales, Finance, Fleet, Training, and Personnel departments, as well as external customers and consumers.
• Effectively utilizing point of sales to support sales and foster good relationships with customers.
• Identifying training needs of your team and providing necessary training for career growth.
• Achieving planned tasting sessions to support the marketing strategy.
• Ensuring products are displayed correctly in terms of time, condition, and placement in your region.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess:

• A diploma degree or higher.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar FMCG sales environment.
• Knowledge of displays and Planograms.
• Experience in shelf space management.
• Ability to report and provide feedback effectively.
