We are looking for a motivated professional to lead our business development efforts across the Construction and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) sectors in Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Gama's growth and success.

Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be pivotal in executing Gama's strategy. You will identify business opportunities, manage client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement business development strategy across construction and O&M sectors.
• Identify and track opportunities aligned with growth targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
• Coordinate preparation of pre-qualification documents and proposals.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Manage opportunity pipelines in CRM/ERP systems.
• Represent Gama at industry events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years in business development within construction and O&M in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of EPC contracting and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
