Role Overview

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute targeted business strategies in alignment with CARMA's growth objectives in KSA.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through direct and consultative sales.
  • Leverage relationships within government bodies and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct client engagements to understand their challenges and showcase CARMA's solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics through ongoing research.
  • Collaborate with various teams to align client needs with solutions.
  • Represent CARMA at industry events to enhance visibility.
  • Adhere to CARMA's governance standards and policies.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development or enterprise sales.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi market dynamics and procurement cycles.
  • Established network within government organizations and financial institutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and proposal development skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Must be a Saudi National.
