Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a client base through continuous prospecting.
  • Provide sales support by collaborating with management, staff, and vendors.
  • Oversee all sales efforts from inquiry to closing.
  • Analyze data to uncover business opportunities and trends.
  • Set clear expectations with sales employees and clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain current sales knowledge through ongoing education and research.
  • Work with marketing to implement effective sales plans.
  • Train employees to meet sales goals and standards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience as a sales manager or director.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business development skills.

  • Advanced negotiation, proposal drafting, and persuasive skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and attend international events.
