Key Responsibilities:

• Implement all instructions and directives from the Regional Manager and oversee staff compliance.
• Supervise daily operations, ensuring the company image is upheld through high-quality service.
• Monitor passenger access and maintain security within the lounge.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger feedback and complaints promptly.
• Submit daily reports on passenger statistics and operational forms.
• Ensure cleanliness and functionality of lounge facilities at all times.
• Assist staff with personal and work-related issues, enhancing productivity and morale.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent education.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to hygiene and grooming standards.
