Responsibilities:- Manage daily cash and cheque collections, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Reconcile collected amounts with system reports and prepare daily General Cashier Reports.
- Handle foreign currency exchanges and update exchange rates.
- Execute daily banking of cash and cheques collected, maintaining appropriate float levels.
- Balance petty cash disbursements and ensure timely reimbursements.
- Conduct random spot checks on outlet cashiers and maintain accurate records.
- Safeguard all cheques and cash received, ensuring sufficient change for cashiers.
Qualifications:- Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong mathematical skills with attention to detail.
- Experienced in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
