The Role
As a Barista, you will prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, focusing on coffee. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving coffee beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engaging with guests in a friendly manner and answering menu-related questions.
• Maintaining a clean and organized coffee station and ensuring the availability of supplies.
• Accurately managing cash and processing payments.
• Assisting in inventory management and rotation of supplies.
• Adhering to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

As a Reservations Agent, you will embody our commitment to providing exceptional hospitality. You will play a crucial role in delivering enriching experiences for our guests, ensuring a seamless reservation process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Run daily reports for the Reservations department and operational departments.
• Process new reservations, update existing reservations, and handle advance deposits.
• Respond to reservations inquiries via email within 24 hours.
• Manage special requests and room allocations efficiently.
• Track room availability and monitor the internet reservation system.
• Ensure accurate entry of all guest information and rates.
• Assist in managing guest history and profile systems.
• Handle group reservations and communication with group contacts.
• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Uphold the standards of safety, security, and emergency procedures.
