Responsibilities:- Identify new contacts and develop sales leads to maximize revenue.
- Fully understand hotel amenities, packages, and promotions.
- Generate sales leads and reach out to potential clients to build business relationships.
- Produce accurate quotations and written confirmations to all clients.
- Create timely reports to assist the Sales Director and senior management.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any issues to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct hotel show rounds for potential clients.
Requirements:- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proactive and organized approach to meeting targets.
- Previous experience in a sales role is advantageous.
- A relevant degree in a sales or business discipline is preferred.
