The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including the implementation and management of HR policies, employee benefits administration, and personnel management.

Role Description
The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including the implementation and management of HR policies, employee benefits administration, and personnel management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain HR systems and procedures.
- Develop and update internal HR policies.
- Manage daily HR operations including attendance and payroll coordination.
- Handle recruitment activities based on organizational structure.
- Oversee end-of-service processes.
- Monitor employee conduct and enforce disciplinary regulations.
- Manage social insurance (GOSI) registration and employee records.
- Supervise employee accommodation arrangements.
- Conduct periodic employee surveys and analyze results.
- Support execution of strategic initiatives.
- Activate and manage rewards and allowances programs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources and HR Management.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Strong skills in Personnel Management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
