Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B e-procurement policies and procedures governing the use of online portals for purchasing.
- Establish clear guidelines for the team regarding access to and usage of approved B2B online portals.
- Define procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company regulations.
- Develop workflows for the approval of online purchase requests and orders.
- Establish guidelines for managing payment methods and ensuring secure online transactions.
- Create procedures for returns, exchanges, and resolving disputes with vendors.
- Implement a training program for relevant employees on established B2B e-procurement policies.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct searches and comparisons of goods and services on various B2B online portals.
- Seek opportunities to optimize procurement costs through effective offers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in procurement, preferably with a focus on B2B e-procurement systems.
- Strong knowledge of online procurement platforms and e-marketplaces.
- Understanding of procurement regulations and data security standards.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
