Neweast Isuzu is seeking a skilled Technician to join our Jeddah team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Isuzu vehicles, contributing significantly to our mission of ensuring optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on Isuzu commercial vehicles.
Utilize specialized tools and Isuzu-specific diagnostic software for complex issue resolution.
Perform scheduled maintenance services including oil changes and brake inspections.
Troubleshoot and repair various vehicle systems: electrical, engine, drivetrain, and chassis.
Interpret technical manuals and service bulletins to guide repair processes.
Provide mentorship to less experienced technicians.
Maintain detailed records of work performed, including parts and labor.
Collaborate with the Parts department for timely component availability.
Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations in servicing.
Participate in training to stay updated on Isuzu technologies.

Qualifications:

57 years of experience as a technician for Isuzu or Hino commercial vehicles.
Thorough understanding of Isuzu vehicle systems.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Proficient with specialized tools and Isuzu diagnostic software.
Excellent technical aptitude and interpretation of technical manuals.
Commitment to providing high-quality service in a safe work environment.
Proficient in Arabic and English.
Valid driver's license; ability to test drive vehicles.
Certification in Isuzu or Hino repair is highly desirable.

Hands-on experience with servicing commercial vehicles, particularly trucks and buses.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility to provide on-site support.

Qualifications:

Technical qualification: Diploma/Trade Certificate in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
23 years of relevant experience.
UAE/KSA driving license is a plus.
