Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide outstanding customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
- Maintain product knowledge and manage sales transactions accurately.
- Support store merchandising and organization.
- Participate in training and team meetings for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
- Legal authorization to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
