Role Summary:- Lead curriculum implementation (national & British) and ensure instructional quality.
- Oversee teaching, assessment, and student performance.
- Manage school operations, staff supervision, and compliance with Ministry of Education regulations.
- Maintain discipline, student well-being, and a positive school culture.
- Represent the school to parents, the community, and external bodies.
- Ensure the effective implementation of school policies, safety standards, and safeguarding.
Key Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience + 5 years of leadership experience in an international school.
- Valid ETEC professional leadership license.
- Strong command of Arabic and excellent proficiency in English.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with the British curriculum, Ministry of Education regulations, and Special Education.
