- Updating Customer Information: Gather essential data such as name, contact, beneficiary address, and enter it into the system correctly.
- Modifying Customer Details: Process any requested changes in customer information as needed.
- Issuing Cards and Maintaining Database: Ensure accurate information in the customer database.
- Assisting Customers: Address any grievances and issues faced during transactions, acting as a link between customers and staff at various counters.
- Information Dissemination: Stay updated on all new schemes, offers, and packages to inform customers promptly.
- Boosting Sales: Win customers' confidence to assist in increasing sales through excellent service.
- Opening CIF for New Customers: Facilitate the process for new customers.
- Complaint Handling: Receive and redirect customer complaints to the customer experience team.
