About the Role:The Marketing Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Careem Market, focusing on both brand-building and performance-driven campaigns. The successful candidate will leverage market insights to create targeted campaigns that attract new users and drive customer retention.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy.
- Design targeted campaigns based on user behavior and market insights.
- Manage partnerships to craft co-marketing campaigns with FMCG brands.
- Execute local marketing activations to enhance brand awareness.
- Optimize in-app and CRM experiences, providing relevant offers to users.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 57 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer tech or e-commerce.
- Strong campaign management and analytical skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, excellent communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the Riyadh market and cultural nuances.
