In this dynamic role, you will manage the day-to-day operations across various social media platforms including Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat. As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community engagement promptly.
Develop monthly and weekly content calendars that align with marketing objectives.
Create engaging, high-quality content including captions, scripts, and visual briefs.
Coordinate with the design team to ensure visuals align with brand guidelines.
Prepare content for real estate announcements, project updates, and launches.
Stay updated on digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Recommend new ideas, formats, and strategies to increase engagement and reach.
Optimize content based on trends, audience behavior, and competitor insights.
Build content that highlights property features, amenities, lifestyle, and value propositions.
Track performance metrics and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.

إعداد موجز تسويقي (Marketing Brief) لكل منتج جديد.

اقتراح أفكار الباكجنج والعروض التسويقية.

التنسيق مع الشيف وفريق التطوير أثناء مرحلة الإطلاق.

متابعة ردود فعل العملاء بعد إطلاق المنتج وتحليل النتائج.
