At National Aquaculture Group, we are committed to ensuring a safe working environment for all our employees. We are currently seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to develop, implement, and maintain health and safety programs within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise safety operation activities to ensure compliance with organizational requirements.
• Plan and organize work for subordinate staff and provide guidance and training to new workers.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, preparing safety policies, SOPs, and reports on operations and work-related incidents.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, administrative policies, and government regulations.
• Promote a culture of safety throughout the organization focused on prevention and training.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
- Advanced safety certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or IOSH are highly desirable.
- 5–10 years of experience in occupational health and safety.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards, risk assessment methodologies, and EHS practices.
- Proficiency in safety management software and tools.

- Serve as co-chair on the Joint Health and Safety Committee and help to coordinate activities, recommendations, and accountability of issues identified by the Safety regulations and Flowserve corporate audits.
- Conduct monthly workplace safety audits and establish measurable standards from which further recommendations (continuous improvement) can be made, with effective follow-up.
- Coordinate emergency evacuation procedures, training, and practice drills.
- Ensure all environmental reports are submitted accurately and on time pertaining air, storm water and sanitary sewer discharge permits.
- Any other duties assigned.

Requirements:
- BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 8-10 years relevant experience.
- Experience within Health, Safety and Environmental.
- Experience with Workman’s Compensation.
- Experience with compliance audits and documentation.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral, written and organizational skills.
- Exceptional computer skills.
