Join CJ Logistics as a Warehouse Manager in Riyadh!As Korea’s leading logistics company, we are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our warehouse operations at an automated fulfillment center serving a major global e-commerce client across KSA, the GCC, and the Middle East region.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment operations.
- Drive operational performance, productivity, and service levels.
- Manage outsourced workforce operations and shift execution.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, process compliance, and operational stability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within an automated environment.
- Lead operational coordination across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
Must-Have Qualifications:- 7+ years in warehouse operations including 3+ years in management.
- B2C e-commerce, fulfillment or high-volume distribution experience.
- Hands-on experience with a major WMS platform.
- Exposure to automated warehouse operations.
- Proven outsourced workforce management experience.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong leadership, communication and operational decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications:- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Data-driven operational mindset.
- Lean Six Sigma, APICS CSCP, CLTD, PMP or related certifications.
Education:- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
