Production Supervisor to lead our day-to-day operations at our assembly plant located in King Abdullah Economic City, Saudi Arabia.
About the Role:As a Production Supervisor, you will:
- Implement Lean Manufacturing processes to eliminate waste.
- Foster a work environment where every employee's contributions are valued and understood.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Drive quality for our luxury vehicles through in-station process control.
- Lead efforts to control expenses and improve productivity.
- Analyze costs and manage quality issues effectively.
- Develop and implement training plans for team members.
- Set production goals and communicate them clearly.
What You Bring:The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 5 years of equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in automotive production supervision.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Kaizen 5S, and Six Sigma processes.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
