We seek a skilled and analytical professional to manage stock procurement and maintain optimal inventory levels to efficiently meet demand. This crucial role involves collaboration with various internal departments such as merchandising, e-commerce, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast demand and ensure timely procurement of SKUs.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance across showrooms.
- Classify SKUs based on sales trends and control warehouse inventory levels.
- Launch promotions and coordinate with E-commerce and Marketing teams for new arrivals.
- Coordinate with the Merchandising team for product designs and showroom layouts.
- Prepare performance reports and present insights to top management.
- Estimate and manage the annual purchasing budget for international brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, MIS, or Industrial Engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical thinker with strong reporting and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
